Update on the @paddypower dead-heat decision. @paddypower can you explain to me why you haven't paid out on my bet of 'both teams over 1.5 shots on target in both halves' in the IRL - FIN game... according to your app it was 2 shots a piece at half time and way more in the 2nd half
